ùna morgan-jane mcglothlin street is a multimedia artist, queer lesbian, and survivor of childhood sexual abuse, incest, domestic violence, and rape. her work confronts and aims to transform the cycles of violence, poverty, and abuse. rooted in her scottish-irish heritage and deep bloodlines in central Appalachia - her art weaves together personal history, ancestral memory, and community healing. through simple, messy, bold, layered creations, mo explores survival, reclamation, and the possibilities of breaking generational trauma. ùna, mo, morgan - is offering her practice as both witness and medicine to heal and pass wisdom onto the generations below her.
